I came to the representative office of Japanese cosmetics La Sincere Baltia in Tallinn to get an amazing cosmetic treatment. For cleansing, I used a hydrogen skin spray with nanocoloidal platinum and hydrogen from BiEST Fumie The Lotion. What does it do? Active repair mask (retinol restoring mask) – a mask with a delicate structure and a thermal effect, providing effective anti-aging care for the facial skin.

Detox mask – thermo-modeling mask. It models or sculpts facial contours👩 and provides a perfectly visible lifting effect. Your face is wrapped like a mummy (gauze cut into 6 pieces or self-adhesive bandages🧜‍♀️ are applied to the facial skin, eyes and lips are protected with cotton pads), and you lie still for about 20 minutes while all the good stuff penetrates the skin, making it velvety and excellently moisturized. Look at the world! I’m about to sing an ode to Japanese eye drops. I’ve been using eye drops my whole life: moisturizing ones because I work on a computer, ones for inflammation, against redness, relieving irritation, and those with a picture of blueberries on them. My home medicine cabinet has a whole arsenal of eye drops. Even if I don’t feel any discomfort in my eyes, I still use them. So, it turns out to be about 10-15 times a day. First of all, it won’t make things worse, and secondly, they have a very short shelf life. What annoys me about all eye drops? You put them in, lower your head, and some of that precious liquid spills onto your skin—a paper towel to the rescue. And immediately, everything looks blurry. You have to blink. And wait a minute or a minute and a half for your vision to restore. But that’s not all: a white residue is left on your eyelashes (from most drops), and sometimes it’s even under your eyes in the tear trough. It ruins your appearance. But then luck struck me. My friend Anzhela Verbenez, who deals with Japanese cosmetics @La Sincere Baltia, brought Japanese eye drops to Estonia. Of course, I became the first test subject. And a miracle happened! These are completely different drops. Unlike everything that is sold in our pharmacies.

They are minty. Very pleasant. They don’t roll off the eye, don’t leave white marks on the skin, don’t cloud the vision, as they say. They immediately give the look clarity and sharpness. The eyes don’t get tired or dry, and I don’t put tons of drops in my eyes anymore.

But the miracles continued. I came to visit a friend who has been suffering from allergies for 9 years. No eye drops help her. She uses them to slightly dull the constant discomfort. I’ve gotten hooked on Japanese cosmetics La Sincere in a good way.
Before, I somehow thought that cosmetics made in the East are exclusively suitable for those women, and European women should put creams made in Europe on themselves. It turns out that’s not the case at all. When my top-brand creams started pilling on my skin more and more often – not a single one absorbed, I applied it, and after 20 minutes or half a day I would just roll it off my face with my fingers. Exfoliate or not, the result was the same. And the high price of many (and I’ve tried dozens) didn’t justify my skin’s dissatisfaction. Same with the fragrances, often causing tears in my half-blind and sensitive eyes.

Then I remembered my friend Anzela Verbenets, who represents Japanese cosmetics La Sincere Baltia in the Baltics, and I came to her for samples. After a week of use, I say that I found what works for me. There are many pluses. There are no marketing tricks aimed at taking money from people: night cream, under-eye cream, cream for the right eyebrow, serum for the left ear and right under-ear, neck cream, and so on. One face cream that you apply up to the lower eyelid, smear on your neck and décolleté area, morning and evening. No difference. Everything works. My favorite right away became the cleansing gel with a soft texture—watch the video to see how it works. Without abrasive particles that could just injure your skin, working a million points. You cleanse your face with the gel, apply the cream, and your face looks like you just had a session with a cosmetologist. The prices are normal, not sky-high! And most importantly—the cosmetics are unscented. I was sitting and looking at the cream jar from my favorite Japanese cosmetics. Although most of the products are fragrance-free, this cream has a delicate and very pleasant scent. I was curious about what could smell so nice. I read the ingredients and saw a word that was completely unexpected in its beauty and that I had never encountered before: “pueraria.” I googled it—the photos and information about this plant did not disappoint me. So I want to share it with you. And let the experts from La Sincere Baltia correct me if I’m wrong.

Pueraria, or kudzu in Japanese, is a perennial vine whose flowers, leaves, and tubers have long been used in Eastern medicine and cuisine. It has a sweet-spicy aroma reminiscent of a mix of raisins, Christmas cake, and autumn leaves.

Saponins, flavonoids, isoflavones and their glycosides have been found in the roots and flowers of Pueraria, and butyric and glutamic acids, asparagine, adenine and the flavonoid robinin have been found in the buds and leaves.

Pueraria tubers are well known for their detoxifying properties. They are so potent that pueraria root extract is currently used successfully to treat alcoholism and relieve hangover symptoms. As for pueraria flowers, their range of application is quite broad — from antipyretic to antispasmodic. They are good for colds and flu, have a beneficial effect on the nervous system, and stabilize heart rhythm.

And, as I understand it, a wonderful product for the skin.
